Great tutorial once again! really love the content you are putting out.
For those on mac or struggling with 3D builder, Blender has 3d repair tools that should do the trick and as far as I am aware, functions the exact same way.

I was using an online software called Sketchup and for some reason when I would download the file and upload it on Cura, it kept saying that the model had holes in it, and some of the cylinders in the model were completely eradicated when I sliced and viewed the preview. I'm glad I came across this video, and it definitely helped me to restore the model.

this software is amazing. I discovered it when I had to remesh an otherwise incredibly cool thingiverse model that had so many triangles it crashed cura when you loaded it. It also works amazingly for splitting big prints into parts.

3D Builder is Microsoft's magnum opus haha, I dunno how they managed to make such a good program. Great video!

My theory for why presupported models often display errors is that adding supports in a way is 3D modelling, and with the amount of adjustable parameters involved its possible the slicers aren't capable of creating perfectly manifold supports every single time.
