As a patient I have had 2 dentists. One puts me all the way back, so much so, that blood and anaesthetic all drips back and I feel like I can't swallow or block my throat. I literally choke. It's horrible. The other dentist never reclines me completely flat, and it is much better and I can swallow. Isn't there a way the patient can be comfortable? I know dentist is important, but coming from the patient, lying totally flat is horrible.

What about when you're doing endodontic treatment? You have to sit behind the paint for suppose lower molars?
