Two people accused of plotting to overthrow the Ukrainian government were arrested in Kyiv over the weekend.
The country’s security forces said it dismantled an elaborate plot following an investigation it had launched in May.
According to authorities there, the plan involved staging a riot in the capital city and seizing the country’s parliament building.
Ukrainian investigators say they have identified four people involved in the plot, but have only detained two.
Currently, it remains unclear if the accused agitators have any connection to Russia.
This comes as Hungary’s prime minister paid the country’s a visit and discussed the ongoing war with President Zelenskyy.
