5 MIN Quarantine Abs Workout (At Home & No Equipment)

FOLLOW ALONG WITH ME!

Since we are all stuck in the house. Here is a 5 minute ab workout you can do at home during the quarantine. This requires no equipment! This is an intense total abs and core workout.

Workout Breakdown:
- Tabata workout
- 6 total exercises
- 20 reps or 20 sec hold
- 10-20 sec rest between exercises
- Complete all 6 exercises, that is 1 set

Beginners: 1-2 sets
Advanced: 3-4 sets

List of Exercises:
1. Plank w/ R Leg Hold
2. Knee Tucks
3. Plank Crunch
4. Leg Raise
5. Plank w/ L Leg Hold
6. Supermans

Don't forget your core is also your lower back! That's why I included Superman! This is a total core workout!!
