IT IS JUST A FAKE REALIZED FROM A REAL PLAYER WHERE ITS BODY WAS REPLACED BY A ROBOT ONE, AND THANKS TO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. THIS TYPE OF ROBOT DO NOT (YET) EXISTS.

A robot would not have that little swagger at the end

people should be surprised by how AI can make youtube video looks that real instead of what this robot is capable of doing

A robot is mechanically inclined and has the skill and ability to be flawless on its design humans are prone to making mistakes. The robot is programmed in most cases it will always win

Maybe in 20 years this will be reality.

Runway AI animation will improve, in many of the shots the animated robot does not have the paddle in its hand, It disappears! If you go to settings on this video, it's possible to play this video slower. Very entertaining example of technology.

There is no robot that is that capable yet. Even Boston Dynamics doesn't have this yet even with Atlas.

the robots not holding a paddle ping pong balls hitting metal do not sound like that, nor do they spin enough after hitting metal to curve as much as it did in the end

It looks great, however, I don't think the pricing works too well. 2.5 minutes of video per month, 30 minutes per year for $300. And for 4K, $1, 500/year for two hours of video per year. Seems steep to me.

Using a robot does help with any uncanny valley issues. Would like to see it with a digital double or metahuman to judge it better

company boss where I work showed me this on his phone (tik-tok or youtube short). First, I was like this must be animation. So I said to him nice animation. He insisted this is real and he wants this to replace manufacturing operators with such robot.... Being a boss does not mean you are smart.... :D

you can see the photoshop editing at :16 on the right leg of the so called 'robot'. at :01 it's not holding a paddle, at :02 it has one, and at :03 it's gone again. At :18 it's not holding a paddle, but then it suddenly appears our of thin air. at :21 it disappears again. horrible editing.
