Eyecolor genes- TYRP1, SLC24A4, HERC2

I've wondered for a while what genes besides HERC2 and OCA2 play a role in eyecolor. I decided to find out for myself by going to the DMXX eyecolor thread on anthrogenica and collecting the genetic data that several (45) users have entered along with their actual eyecolor. The author of the thread initially picked out a couple of SNPs to analyze, but I personally think the snps I have chosen are more decisive and important. The snps I looked at in my study were:
rs12913832 (HERC2)
rs683 (TYRP1)
rs1408799 (TYRP1)
rs1393350 (TYR)
rs16891982 (SLC24A4)
The results are as follows. Please consider I only had a sample of 45 people. I categorized eyecolor in three categories, "Blue" representing blue and light green eyes, "Hazel" representing partially brown eyes, and "Brown" representing Brown eyes.
HERC2:
rs12913832(AA) = 100% Brown eyes
rs12913832(AG) = 78.5% Brown eyes, 21.5% Hazel eyes
rs12913832(GG) = 66.6% Blue eyes, 33.3% Hazel eyes
^ Yes, there wasn't even a single person in my collection of 45 who would have brown eyes with GG genotype for HERC2. I've seen such examples on reddit, but the conclusion we can draw is they are very rare.
TYRP1 rs683:
rs683(CC) = 69.2% Brown eyes, 15.4% Blue eyes, 15.4% hazel eyes
rs683(AC) = 50% Hazel eyes, 31.3% Brown eyes, 18.7% Blue eyes
rs683(AA) = 81.2% Blue eyes, 12.5% Hazel eyes, 6.3% Brown eyes
TYRP1 rs1408799:
rs1408799(TT) = 27.3% Blue eyes, 18.2% Hazel eyes, 54.5% Brown eyes
rs1408788(CT) = 28.6% Blue eyes, 38.1% Hazel eyes, 33.3% Brown eyes
rs1408788(CC) = 69.2% Blue eyes, 15.4% Hazel eyes, 15.4% Brown eyes
TYR rs1393350:
rs1393350(GG) = 44.8% Blue eyes, 17.2% Hazel eyes, 37.9% Brown eyes
rs1393350(AG) = 31.3% Blue eyes, 43.7% Hazel eyes, 25% Brown eyes
SLC24A4 rs16891982:
rs16891982(CC) = 50% Brown eyes, 50% Hazel eyes, 0% Blue
rs16891982(CG) = 63.6% Brown eyes, 36.3% Blue eyes, 0% Hazel
rs16891982(GG) = 21.8% Brown eyes, 34.4% Hazel, 43.7% Blue
Now, my interest fell on this question:
If 1/3 of rs12913832(GG) people had hazel eyes, how do we predict Hazel rather than Blue eyecolor in people with rs12913832(GG)?
Out of the 9 people (33.3%) of those with rs12913832(GG) genotype who had hazel eyes, all except one individual carried at least one ancestral alleles for TYRP1 rs683, rs1408799
That means that 8/9 (88.9%) of people who had Hazel eyes with GG genotype at HERC2 had both rs683(CC or AC) and rs1408799(TT or CT)
I calculated the likelyhood of Blue vs Hazel eyes based on the TYRP1 calls.
Combo (rs1291383(GG) + rs683(CC or AC)) = 61.5% Hazel, 38.5% Blue
Combo (rs1291383(GG) + rs1408799(TT or CT)) = 50% Hazel, 50% Blue
Combo (rs1291383(GG) + rs1408799(TT or CT) + rs683(CC or AC)) =67% Hazel, 33% Blue
Combo (rs1291383(GG) + rs1408799(CC) + rs683(AA)) =11.1% Hazel, 88.9% Blue
