As a woman I particularly love Roger because he and his wife stayed married for over 50 years. His autobiography is great and he never has one unkind word to say about anyone

Roger is the nicest person you'd ever meet he really is.

Can't believe they are touring again. 40 years since the first farewell tour

Just saw The Who April 2022 in Tampa. Roger is 78 and still sounds phenomenal

I know it's from 2015 but *_dang_* he looks 20 years younger than 71 or 72 (at the time). I'm sure he's taking good care of himself but there might be some favorable DNA in his background to look that young.

For all these ensuing years, I thought the song, "The Music Must Change" was deliberately minus drums, as a decision by Pete (and that the "squeaky shoes" keeping time were likely worn by Keith Moon). 'Still find the album cover haunting, with Keith, who died around then, sitting in the "Not To Be Taken Away" chair, backstage.

"Keith couldn't play normal drums…he could play great Moon drums!"

I saw The Who play "Music Must Change" live in concert at the old Boston Garden, December 16, 1979. The original venue was razed in 1998.

The Who had amazing chemistry. Check out their 1970 Isle Of Wight concert.

"So, you want 3 cups of coffee, Roger?" "No, mate. I want 1 cup of coffee but put it in 3 cups."

It's kind of unfortunate that he died. Brilliant analysis

Glyn Johns (producer of this album) talks about Keith's flubs in his autobiography. He asked Keith to quit drinking for a few days to improve his drumming and Keith responded, "Why don't you quit smoking?" Glyn quit smoking and Keith did not quit anything. Glyn also talked about Keith's antics and how they were "amusing" when retold but awful and "violent" if you were there. Glyn called Keith "pathetic" while praising the man's drumming.

I remember Roger in a Tales From The Crypt episode.

What a shame... "Music Must Change" is one of the best tracks on that album.
