Not a bad job, might wanna try using a smaller punch next time though. The holes on the top lifts got a little gouged out. Trenton and Heath have a good video for this boot too. They pop the stitches at the outsole end first to avoid damage to the welts connection to the upper. Just some thoughts. Decent job though, you’ve got a lot of years ahead of you to perfect your craft but you’re on the right path👍

I’ve discovered a method for getting leather conditioner throughly and quickly soaked into leather. With a heat gun set at 250 degrees I heat the leather to open it’s pores then put on the conditioner. Soaks in good. Dries more quickly.
