Just received my pair of Captain today! Before it arrived, I was a bit scared they wouldn't fit, but I was worried for nothing because they fit! My feet are really wide, 5E in size 10, 5, so it's a hassle for me to buy boots and shoes and If Thursday boots didn't change their Last, the boots wouldn't have fit my feet. So I'm glad they changed their last.

Have you any separation at the sole? Mine are, its pretty minor but im thinking about contacting thursday because ive only had them for a little over a month.

They will only look pristine if they send you a factory pair. My original orders were pristine but I needed to resize my Dad's pair. I have now exchanged/reordered his pair 3 times and 3 times in a row I received boots that have obviously been exchanged before and now recirculated. All three exchange pair have shown obvious signs of use. They have wrinkling and marring, not seen in the original pair. At this point I will be moving on from Thursday boots. Note: Twice I even canceled the order and tried a new order and this didn't help. I still got a used/circulated pair sent to me.

two things, get some leather conditioner (preferably saphir) to protect them, and be careful about salt on the roads man, that shit will ruin the leather.

I got the presidents, love how they look tho the crease where it bends on my toe kinda hurts after walking for a while. Ive had fhem for around 2 weeks, but not wearing them everyday. You definitely need to buy one of the maintenance kits they sell to keep them looking fresh also the boot trees so the dont get all wobbly and deformed

Thursday boots are vary good boots. They surpass doc Martin by a mile doc martins are vary cheaply made compared to Thursday boots. Also the type of color also is how resilient the leather is the rugged and resilient line of colors are obviously the most resilient compared to all the others which are pretty much the same.

I bought a pair of Captains, went through their sizing guide and got the right size, but even after owning them for over a year, every time I wear them I get blisters on the back of my heal. Very disappointing because I love the boots but something about the way the boots grip the back of your heal isn't right

Their leather sneakers were way too narrow, I could not even stand in them, much less walk in them for a break-in as their customer support suggested. My findings are a common problem of their sneakers, google the internet.

i’m a true size 10 on my sneakers. i know you sized down on these so would you still recommend sizing down? should i get a 9.5?

I just got my Thursday Vanguards 11.5 yesterday. I love them but they really are pretty big. I have a B width and I went down a half size from my Brannock devise which is a 12, sneakers are also 12. Perhaps because I have a narrow somewhat flat foot I'm wondering if the 11 might be better. Do you have narrow or flat feet?

They're great boots, but the only, (and this is a TINY nitpick) thing I wish I knew is that the top 2 lace hooks will catch on the hem of my jeans. And so i spend a few times unhooking them whenever I wear my jeans.

I wear a size 11 on nike air force ones and a size 10.5 on vans old skools what size captain should I get? Thursday said I should go with a size 10.5
