I really appreciate they way she characterized how we get building and improving systems wrong. There was no blame, but instead there was an explanation of why we do it, which revealed how normal this is. She displayed what seemed like a high degree of empathy for those who make systems worse through their improvement efforts. I imagine we can learn a lot from her about systems and working together.
