The Kolkata Police dispersed the mob from RG Kar Medical College and Hospital where a scuffle led to vandalism of the protesting site, vehicles and public property on August 15 midnight. A protest was being held by the doctors in the campus of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital against the rape-murder of the trainee doctor Kolkata Police Commissioner, Vineet Goyal said, "...What has happened here is because of the wrong media campaign, which has been a malicious media campaign which is going as far as Kolkata police is concerned. What has the Kolkata police not done? It has done everything in this case... We have tried to satisfy the family but the rumours are being floated... I am extremely angry. We have not done anything wrong. Because of a malicious media campaign, Kolkata police have lost the trust of the people. We have never said that there is only one person (accused), we have said that we are waiting for scientific evidence and it takes time... Just based on rumours, I can't arrest a young PG student, it's against my conscience. There is so much pressure from the media, I have been very clear that we have done what is right. Now, the CBI is investigating it. They'll do a fair deal. We will give all support to the CBI... False propaganda is going on that bones are broken, this is done and that is done, unfortunately, that is not supported by scientific evidence..."

I will tell u what evidences were destroyed..
1. U made the patient party wait for over 3 hrs before handing them over their daughter's body. U had ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT TO DO SO.. especially when the clg authority had initially informed them of a 'suicide'. What were u trying to do for more than 3 hrs?

2. U were in such a hurry to burn the victim's body, without ever giving a chance of 2nd autopsy . Even the parents were against this.. WHAT WAS THE RUSH?

3.Why ni x ray was done? To knw a bone broken u have to do an x-ray right.. OR SO U R TOTALLY UNAWARE OF SUCH BASIC THING?

4. Why haven't u recorded the Dr. Sandeep Ghosh 's statement? YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT 1ST.. especailly when he is so shadily associated with the entire case. Even high Court asks u the same question..

5. What was such a hurry to reconstruct the so called 'rest room' when it had not been donr in years and suddenly just next to the crime scene pwd decides to reconstruct a rest room.. can dna sample - hair, nail, blood, semen not be present there? HOW DO KNOW ? U SHOULD HAVE SEALED THE ENTIRE FLOOR..

6. LASTLY, where is the cctv footage where u so confidently claim that u all have the accused.. show it to us.. MAKE THE INVESTIGATION TRANSPARENT.. why havent u do so..


U knw Mr.Goyal voices like me will keep on asking u these questions untill and unless u speak.. so YES WE HAVE NO FAITH IN YOU AND YOUR KP... YES, we believe the evidences have been tampered with and we will keep on believing this and keep on questioning u and ur KP ..
