That's a slow induction stove, did a test with mine on a video. Good video though, liked the concept. Ever notice how small the burners are on the propane stoves are, have the same in my travel trailer. Now that second burner is cranking for you.😁

Thanks Larry and Jen, you guys covered this very well. We have portable induction stoves as well as the gas stove. We also have a camper we are using on our property and we have the bird! Now we are more informed and can decide which one we want to use based on what we are cooking.

I have started on my kitchen, yet, but I'm leaning toward making a custom topper for the stove that will fit an induction stove. This really helped cement that thought. I still need to figure out a replacement for the departed original microwave, as well, since I have no oven. I'm very impressed with the induction speed, and figure I will typically be on electric once I start traveling. Awesome video!

Hard to understand why anyone uses gas instead of induction

So wait here, I am confused...You have a Camper at your house? (On the island) and the Clatterpillar Powered RV on the main land? You are starting to sound like me, no campers yet, but I have 4 different sized single axle utility trailers... #1- Very Lo-Profile 4×6 homebuilt (Henry J car front axle, no springs). #2 - Tilt Bed Home Built 6×10 Lo-Profile Trailer (no springs either some HD Axle) #3 - 6x16 Wood-hauling trailer, has Trailer house Axle and springs 14.5 HD wheels and all! #4 PJ 8314 ATV trailer (the only one I didn't Inherit! - LOL)

I would go gas. That way you only have one set of cast iron pots and pans. You can use them on campfire or in the bus. Leave the Martha Stewart cooking ware at home.
