You guys are really good at this, but you aren't Iowa fans like some of us. You missed out on a few things about Iowa. Like the field general coach Ferentz. They had one if the best special teams in the NCAA. They played field position with the best punter in the country and one of the best gunners. They had one of the best punt returners and if they wouldn't have lost so much on offence to injury, they could have earned a better result. You know the Penn St game our defence played over 90 plays and Iowa had the worse luck and you could say the same for Iowa in the Mich game. Just look at the box scores. Also watch a replay of the goal line fumble in the Mich game. Even the Mich players thought it was a forward pass, or the player that picked up the ball would have tried to advance it instead of handing it back to the ref.

Having Cade and Lachey injured early in the season along with the worst offensive coordinator in college football, made for a tough watch. That being said, the schedule is very manageable with a living/breathing offense.

The amount of returning starters on defense is incredible. If the offensive line is good, like real good. They’re easily 11-1. It’s all about protecting Cade.

Personally I’d rather they start Sullivan and I’m a Cade fan. 🤷‍♂️

I wouldn't put Iowa as a dark horse for anything until they show some offense....and that's a big ask under Ferentz lol

Iowa rotates 7 to 8 D-linemen. Rotates a linebacker for a safety against the pass. Castro is that safety.

The offense will be dramatically improved. You guys don't know much about the Iowa roster.

They need to fix their offense.Defense is fine they will reload once again full of talent.
