@mrkungabe mayor point against the phone: does not support micro-SD, you're stuck with the 16 / 32 GB internal storage like on the last Nexus Phone or iPhones.
mayor plus: gorgeous 1280x720 AMOLED HD screen, Camera is "just" 5 MPixels but does damn good 1080p video (best camera on an ANY android atm.) and has realy good sound quality on the videos too. "Google Experiance" means updates for android come from google, as soon as they're done not months delayed like manufacturer or carrier branded.

I think you can dismiss recent app by sliding (same thing you did in the notification bar) and no need for keep hold in and then chose delete. that's a tip for you :)

@mrkungabe i personaly, given the choice, would go for the Nexus. I'll take Nexus devices over manufacturer modified devices anytime because of the fast and long term OS Updates and the stellar support from the Custom Rom Community these devices typicaly get. The ultimate decision however, is up to you. I don't know your typical use habits of phones, how much audio and video files you need to have localy on your phone, but if you can get by with ~13.3 GB of userspace (on the 16 Gig), go Nexus.
