Jello legos are easy, you just have to add more gelatin (so they come out firmer) and figure a way to add the anti-studs so they stack properly. (The King of Random did a GREAT video a while back on it.)

Also for train designs as you mentioned at 3:23 I recommend the Black 5 Steam Engine from England as it’s a very elegant design that I think would look great in Lego form!
