What does it mean if the PS4 Slim starts running then slows down for a sec and starts running again when booting up?

How would I know it's in standby, if I don't see a orange light indicating that?

can someone pls check if u hear like a low buzzing noise from the front of the ps4 is on the usb side on the top u can only hear it if u put ur ear over the ps4 pls let me know

Same to me...did the sound stop when the game start? Is it normal or not?
