What the hell does the circle next to the location mean? Capacity? Which means you'll have a faster connection? Why is it so hard to find this information?

this only touched the most basic stuff everyone knows already... things that really *could* use explaining would be features like "clean web", "multihop", "NoBorders" and maybe "rotating IP" and "bypasser" (the last 2 are kinda self explanatory though).
