Carl Icahn is a FRAUD $IEP #Shorts

Let's talk about Icahn Enterprises.. The conglomerate behind "Activist investor" Carl Icahn

There were rumors about Icahns fund rumbling back in the spring, the stock started taking a hit in late april, early may.

Around the same time, I was at the mechanics getting an oil change. I ended up chatting up the owner, he had been thinking about selling the shop, then we got to talking stocks.

We all know im young, so he assumed I didn't know a damn thing. Fair assumption.. But wrong.

Acting like a hot shot he tells me

"Icahn enterprises, huge dividend yield, check it out."

to which I say, "Oh you havent heard" and I explain what Carl was being accused of.

The guy brushed it off.. Because of course, how would some 21 year old know a stock was going to tumble...

That was on Monday, April 24th, the stock is down 60.5% since that day...

I still think about that guy to this day.. Not because this is a humble brag..

But because he told me he held the majority of his money in that fund.. I never like seeing people lose money..

Plus I don't think I will be listing that Auto Shop anytime soon...

Take this as a lesson, huge #dividend yields can be a red flag.. 🔴🔴🔴
