Herbalife stock price actually tanked before recovering. Ackman should have closed the trade then but he waited too long.

Of course, Herbalife is a pyramid scheme, but it's always enjoyable to watch someone so actively trying to manipulate things in shorting that, in this case, bringing down Ackman trumped destroying a pyramid scheme. As we know, even the little people like doing such (GameStop).
