In my family, we called them “fillers”. The real food was meat and vegetables. The grains and starches were there in case you didn’t get enough of the real food, such as with the bottomless pit of teenage boys.

Well, after being a year on Carnival diet, I’m no longer almost bedbound and my pain has gone down to minimal. I’m able to get up in the morning I have energy I started exercising. I was never clinically diagnosed with anything specific, but all I can say, is that the fatigue that I’ve heard even since my early 20s is completely vanished I still get weakness from my headaches, but they are nothing compared to what they were a couple years ago when I felt like I wanted to die every day because I felt so horrible. Praise God thank you Jesus for carnivore diet.

Thank you for all of the information you put. Started on my carnivore journey last week and am loving it. I've gone through more salt and eaten more beef and protein in six days than I would in a month. I have never liked salt, but realized it was NaCl I did not like. Redmond's is amazing and I actually look forward to it now. Thank your for helping this new doc take control.

Doc! I really appreciate your keto/carnivore 101 playlist. I’m really trying to unlearn diet trend trauma, I’ve been overweight all my life and now have pcos and the information you spread on how to reverse it has been helpful thus far. I’m starting to feel menstrual cramps after a 5 month hiatus that my period decided to take on me this year. I hope to be able to conceive at least once. It would be a dream come true. The sugar cravings are real and hopefully they tired down. I’m healing my body thanks to your guidance.

I’m curious how the Koreans eat rice everyday at every meal and they are still living incredibly healthy. I think that’s where cultural standpoints differ from country to country depending on your cultural upbringing. Can you talk more about this?
