Can you do a “CANPA” squat rack test ? That’s the rack besides cap I want to see tested & weight. They sell but never to hear or see videos & video feedback

The reason this is cool is because guns. But also cool if you used heavier densities for inserts.

It probably spins so an uneven number of small weights won't make your barbell unevenly loaded

9 lb base, 6 either 1lb or 2lb weights gets you 15-21lbs

And then you realize you don’t have fancy calibrated plates, so micro loading makes zero difference anyway

This is a gimmick and absolute waste of money lmfao, they are charging $450 for it which is on sale from $550

I can get a full set of micros from rogue for less than $100, so if it's worth $350 to be able to spin your weight then knock yourself out I guess

So the whole thing os 15 pounds and the little ones are 1 lb each= 21 pounds
