Dacia Duster Extreme 4x4 2024 - Almost Perfect (ENG) - Test Drive and Review

Показать описание
2024 Dacia Duster is the third generation of an affordable b-crossover. More than 20 years after the original Duster debuted, the new model has almost identical dimensions. However the designers managed to find extra space inside. The front passengers benefit from greater interior width, and the rear passengers get more legroom. This was possible thanks to the new platform. Other benefits that come with it are the new powertrains and new mandatory safety systems. Does this mean the end of mediocre crash test results? We'll find out soon, when the new Duster will be tested by Euro NCAP.

Got my new DUster a week ago, and I can only say I'm absolutely in love with it. Super comfortable, great driving exeperience.

The last generation Duster had great power plants with the 1 5L Diesel and the good 1.33L petrol engine. They should have found a way to keep it under new emissions regulations.

I come home from work on fridays roughly when your video goes live, and i'm always looking forward to watching it with a cup of coffee.

Your channel is pretty much the only one i've watched consistently for some 12-13 years.
Lots of others fell off, keep up the great work, greetings from Bosnia. ✌️

You articulately state where a vehicle is weak or where a vehicle is strong without sugarcoating. Keep it up. . 👍

Mine is coming around end of December, same as in this video.
First new car, first duster.
For me who live in the countryside with bumpy roads, go sometimes for either the mountain or the coast, and mostly commute to work in the city everyday, this duster seem like the perfect compromise for that price. I'm really looking for versatility but I don't expect any kind of particularly good performance on anything, just a car that will do it's job whatever it is, in relative confortable, with no pretention to leave a porches cayenne behind, pull more than my volkswagen crafter I use for work, or anything special. Just a good car that will last some time I'd taken care of

A major step backwards engine wise. The previous generation had 4 cyl 1.33tce and 1.5dci engines, both phenomenal power plants. Now, you're stuck with these anaemic, badly chosen options.

I presently have a 2nd Gen Duster. 1.5dci prestige. Don't think I'll change to the 3rd Gen. Too many setbacks. Presently I'm very happy with the one I got. Then again, the Chinese are offering more for yoyr mulla.

I'm expecting to buy one in a few months, and I was waiting for your review, with trepidation, because I knew it would be brutally honest. 😂

You have just put me off having a look at these cars. I want a basic car without a load of electronics and screens etc.

Wonderful job Marek!

1st review where someone found a problem on one of the driving modes.

Will go for the Sandero, due to not needing a bigger car or ego although needing long range and efficient prices but this one was a close call

Going to miss the diesel. It was the best version so I won't be buying this one

I test drove the Duster Extreme Hybrid and one of my favorite hill was close to the dealership. I was not over the top yet and the battery was depleated, leaving me with a low power NA engine. I did not like that, given the price of the Hybrid option. I did not have the chance of driving the LPG engined Duster or the 1.2 Turbo mild hybrid.

Frankly the duster has been pretty good since its inception. Its a cheap (well it was, its getting more expensive), low tech crossover. If you are poor you can still afford it and use it as daily, if you have money you can buy is a second car and use it on roads where you dont want go with your daily car.

Yet another great review video! Thanks! Seems that Dacia moves to the right direction even though they need to stress a bit more. I would like to ask if you plan to make a review video on the "new" Ford Kuga PHEV.

This car is €8k too expensive based on what is now available in the market. Maybe several years ago it was ‘cheap’
