The Agile Way to Add Sec, Dev & Ops into Waterfall

Philips is creating product and services that operate in a regulatory environment. For that purpose a number of process steps must be followed in the SDLC.

A number of those are seen by the businesses as hampering the speed and agility for solution creation.

Adding the Sec to DevOps in a way that compliance requirements can be met makes it possible to meet speed and agility too. This could be seen as pseudo Agile, but this way the large organisation which is set in its way edges/nudges into Agile.
