I learned the core essence of Agile in barely 7 minutes of your class, despite having 7 years of testing experience.

What I learned in this lecture:
The agile (very fast) model is used by all the big companies nowadays like Google, Meta, Amazon etc.

It focuses on breaking down big projects into small chunks(iterations)

Each iteration first has a release then it listens to customer feedback then if needed changes are made and the software as enhanced and finally the product is re-released and we move onto the next iteration

Advantages:
- Frequent delivery - there are frequently new updates and versions of the product so the customer does not have to wait long
- Face to face communication with the customer - in each iteration customer feedback is taken into consideration
- Changes - there are frequent changes and improvements
- Time - it does not take very long to complete an iteration and release a new version

Disadvantages:
- Lack of documentation - there is not much documentation made since the goal of this model is to be very fast

A good thing about this model is that the team is more flexible because there is no hierarchy of developer, senior developer, project manager and so on. Everyone works on the same level
