Very nice! One thing you could do as well for the outline is using the grease pencil on all the objects on the scene!
You get much more control over the outline, such as noise, color, thickness in some areas while thinner in others. Also it is less dependent on the geometry of the mesh, so non-remeshed models should still look just fine! Try it out if you haven't already!

The shadows are not really shadows on the object, right? as if I want to do a character like this, the shadows won't update depending where the light comes from. I want to make a game with this kind of graphics :D also thanks for the tutorial
