If you are here because of this Roblox issue and you can't fix it, don't worry because if it said error info: 0 document is empty means it's a global issue and you're not the only one who have this problem. You can just wait because it might take a few days or couple weeks. Hope that helps!

GUYS IT WONT WORK ITS JUST BOTS IN THE COMMENTS. IF YOU WANNA SOLVE THIS PROBLEM U NEED TO RIGHT CLICK ROBLOX PLAYER, OPEN FILE LOCATION AND RUN ROBLOXPLAYERLAUNCHER AS ADMINISTRATOR. These methods don’t work. They r just a complete waste of time just right click on the Roblox app and run as administrator, if that doesn’t work go to time and date on settings and run it to the exact date hope this helps!!
