The search for missing 7-year-old Athena Strand has continued into it's second day.

Her mother stated Athena is afraid of the dark and would never venture outside at night on her own, ever. 😢

Too many people are jumping on the stepmom with no proof. Another reporter said that she argued with her stepmom, then went to her room. Stepmom went to the kitchen to start dinner. When she went to check on the girl, that's when she discovered her missing from her room. Searched for her a little over an hour, probably expecting her to just be outside somewhere, before calling police.

Who lets a 7yo “leave” home after an argument?? And i am under the impression the home is in a rural area!! 😮
But truly, rural or urban, you would keep an eye on a chil at all times in these kind of situations!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Man honestly I am scared to play on my drive way now that Ik this happened can’t even trust delivery drivers honestly and there have been some suspicious cars and I already got the license plate of all of them and if I see anymore then I know who to call if they come back to the house I live at.
