For those who are doing npm install on every project, to make things go faster just copy the node_modules folder to the project you want to work with and do npm install in that project, it should be much faster.

For those who's npm install command isn't working (like i did)
You go with yarn install which will install the dependencies and then run npm start or yarn start
This should work for you it did work for me !!!
