Chazuke, or more commonly known, Ochazuke, is a common household dish that's not actually all that fancy. Yes, this is a fancy restaurant but they're serving the fancy version.
Generally we just pour our green tea over rice ball and dried ochazuke toppings that's similar to furikake, but designed specifically to be re-hydrated by the tea.
It's actually a common, cheap, comfy soul food at home.
