Which chain saw is the best one FOR YOU? Are you a fan boy or girl for one brand and avoid all others or can you get only one brand in your area? How many others have you actually tried? There are a lot of good ones out there...some are just as good or maybe even better than yours... try some others...you might like them even more!

I ported my Echo 590 with a 24 inch bar. It runs so smooth and fast! I absolutely love it!!
*Keep on tractoring!*

I have 180 acres in Canada and the property is full of sugar maple, yellow birch, and ash. I'm clearing areas for deer hunting and processing firewood for sale. Love this channel. I bought the Ultra and a Stihl MS500i. My friend is an aeborist and I tried the MS500i in June. I was blown away by the speed. What a difference from my old box store splitter and an Echo CS590. I have bins, but I use T posts and cattle fence for the sides and pallets on the bottom. Learned so much from this channel. Based in Ontario, Canada

I have 3 Husqvarna saws, 440, 445 and a 455 rancher . Love them all they never fail me. I used your idea with the zip ties attached to the handle to measure the length of the wood for the woodstove. Thank you for the idea, works good.

Hi Chris: I’m also non denominational on saws also. I use professional Stihl and Husqvarna saws. I also use an Echo battery operated saw for trimming while logs are on the firewood processor. In the winter when it gets cold, I really like the heated handles on the Husqvarna saws. I prefer full wrap handles- Yes it’s a Western Thing. I have found that parts for Stihl are readily available. Sometimes I have to wait awhile for Husqvarna parts. For Stihl- I’m running the 026, 260, 360, 460, 400c, 500I. For Husqvarna I’m running the XPG’s- 550, 562, 572, and 592. The next saws will be the Stihl 661 and Husqvarna 540 top handle.

To each their own, but for me, Echo CS 620 has become my go to saw for everything from Logging on the farm to property management at home -shop. The 7310 is too heavy, I retired it to the landing...lol

Thanks for the info and entertainment. All the costume changes, I thought of the “Horse of many colours”. You’re a breed part and that’s a good thing.

Looking at the thumbnail for the video I was hoping you weren’t loosing you mind! lol. I do agree with you though that most any pro saw are quality. I recently gave my brother one of my older Husqvarna saws because he needed something to do some yard maintenance. It had ran its course for myself. It has found new life as a semi-retired saw. See you at Bunyan!

I am a total Stihl guy, they just run and easy to clean and maintain. I like the Husky stock air filtration but run aftermarket foam filter setups by Eagan or West Coast anyway. I would like to try a Husky, I’ve stayed away because I have a cousin that ran Husky but talked me out of them because he and his buddies have had excessive issues with them. Overall good stuff, but I have definitely migrated to buying many other Stihl implements including a nice Stihl pole saw. I enjoy your channel, nice work!

I have Echo, Husqvarna and Stihl, although I should blame you for guiding me to the husqvarna 572xp. Love this saw. Now, I feel the urge for the 592xp

Really like that the Echo 7310 uses Husqvarna D009 bar mount...yes, can use all Husky large mount bars on this Echo. It also uses the same bar stud adapter to run Stihl bars if you prefer.

I'm a Husqvarna man myself. I've ran all three brands. Grew up with and logged with Husqvarna and Jonsereds everywhere. Ran a fire rescue Stihl 461 when I was a firefighter. I haven't had good luck with Echo chainsaws but I know people who love them and that's great. Echo is just not for me. The Dealership I go to is an hour away from where I live and sells all Husqvarna, Stihl and Echos. The service great over there. The Husqvarna 572xp is my go to. I love it. The choke/on/off switch, flip up fuel/oil caps, the power is wicked. More power than the 372. Smoothest saw I've ever ran. Stihl lightweight bars are my favorite bars. I ran those on my 572 and find that a great combo after watching Buckin billy ray do it. That's what I like. Keep up the good work Chris!

Availability availability availability!! That the most influential factor for me! Lotta good saws out there! Take care Chris👍🏻👍🏻GNI

After decades of daily use, abuse, and repair. I like all 3 of the major brands!
Husqvarna Chainsaws...
Stihl Leaf Blowers...
Echo String Trimmers...

Good video 😊 Nice comparison and contrast 👍 I'm not a brand specific type of person, I worry more about features than aesthetics: form, function, repairability, etc.

I picked up the Husqvarna 460 rancher and it's been stellar cutting the second half of this summer.

15:39 You're not kidding it's loud. I love it but I feel like I'm cutting wood with a motorcycle! In fact when I bought it the guy went into a garage to set it up but
I couldn't see what he was doing so when he started it up I literally wondered why he was screwing around with his motorcycle instead of getting my saw ready.
BTW really liked your saw comparison video and ear protection is a must on this one.
