Tomb Raider fans begged Crystal Dynamics for a TR remaster. CD refused. Embracer Group outsourced it to Aspyr. Aspyr hired fan modders. CD have disavowed the Remaster. CD added the trigger warning to sabotage the Remaster and claim they had control, which they didn't. Instead of promoting the Remaster, CD tried to steal their thunder by releasing info for their Reboot TR x CoD collab.
