Personal Opinion
I view Bertholdt’s Titan more on power due to the annount of muscles, and Armin’s more in speed due to the Revealing Ribs

The fact is that Bertholdt's titan is far more width than Armin's titan. Also, I think Bertholdt fights better than Armin, he earn the third place in the 101 for a reason.
