Today’s game against Atalanta was probably one of the most boring Arsenal have played so far. While the defence was solid, the attack was a disaster. I’m not sure how Arteta plans to fix the offensive side so the team can start scoring more goals. Where’s the Arsenal from two seasons ago, scoring more than two goals per game? This season’s team seems too laid back and lacking that punch to get goals. Again, the defence is good, which is important, but if we’re not scoring, criticism from the fans will start to roll in.

Atalanta is a solid team, but they’re not better than Arsenal. Yet, we gave them too many chances, and now they can walk away feeling good about their performance, which isn’t acceptable. Yes, we don’t want to concede, but we also need to focus on finding the back of the net.

Saka’s performance was off today, likely due to his injury from last weekend, but I believe he’ll recover in time for the next game against Man City. It’s also clear the team misses Martin Ødegaard, and Rice didn’t have the best game either. Arteta has some work to do to make the necessary changes.

Shoutout to Raya for saving the day, and Calafiori and Trossard for making some impact in the second half. With a big game against mighty Man City coming up, we’ll need all the luck and the best performance possible. It won’t be easy, but I think we can scramble for a draw, which would be a good result for Arsenal. Good luck to the team!

Some people in the comments clearly forgetting just how important Odegaard is to how we play going forwards. How he brings Saka and Ben White into the game from an attacking perspective. How he transitions the ball. HUGE miss. And this coincides with the fact that we still haven’t gotten our left side attack to where we want it I.e. Getting Merino into the left 8 position, and getting Martinelli into some sort of attacking form. Moreover, we started a Jesus who still isn’t as sharp is he needs to be for this level of competition. Sure we are tough to watch at the minute, but trust me, we are currently going through our stickiest moment that we will have all season. And we are playing some of the best teams in Europe whilst we are going through that.
With that said, very proud of the shift the boys are putting in to keep getting these clean sheets, and making that look pretty easy. That sets us in good stead for when we get closer to peak Arsenal. COYG!

We have nothing in attack, that was one of the worst attacking performances from arsenal I’ve seen in a few years. If Saka isn’t contributing we having nothing. We need something in attack or we aren’t going to win anything at all! I love martinilli but he needs to be dropped asap!

The more defensive we get the more our attack will suffer none of our midfielders currently want to keep the ball and that is what Ode is good at. Now our only option is playing long because Partey and Rice or even Joginho can't keep the ball they can't even make half turns and and make us play. Ode is not only good at attack he holds play and make everyone involved in the game. We lost identity and our pattern of play its like our whole system is centralized to Ode.
