All wrong. I don't want to type more than I have to. Apple came with siri to get away with typing and now we should type again like Compose new mail? WTF? It all nice but in real world in practice 9 from 10 people still use Outlook, many business people using mail how they using. You think they will be spending some time with writing promnt, keywords or using weird shortcuts? Come on.
