Hey AJ!! Thanks for the great reaction...
Just jumped on the "GOAT train"... in hopes of hearing more Queen and Freddie... You seemed to enjoy "BoRhap" a lot, so how about reacting to Brian's 'rhapsody' of sorts, "The Prophet's Song" off the same album, quite underrated and forgotten by most, but still extremely iconic... To get to know 'the boys', as Freddie called them, you could check out an early song by Queen that highlights all their musical talents individually called "Liar"... or maybe even "My Fairy King", Freddie was into writing fantasy stories of make-believe places, like Seven Seas of Rhye... quite cool... which pretty much makes up the first two albums... "Killer Queen" is another iconic work of art... blessings.

This song came out about 6 years before MTV was around but I'm sure it inspired the generation of MTV artist

This is such an iconic song from an iconic band. There is so much to say about Queen, so much history and a catalog of over 200 songs. Queen is just outstanding. Freddie loved Robert Plant as a singer as well as Roger Daltrey from Who. Thank you for your reaction.

Real music .no autotune. Freddie's coming out song supposedly.

There is a long way to go down the rabbit hole when you listen to Queen. They are legends of music with no auto tune. Live, they are second to none.

When Freddie Mercury (lead singer & piano) was working on writing three very different songs he had the genius inspiration to combine them into this epic masterpiece. The section on shooting a man came from the song that was originally going to be released as "The Cowboy Song". The beautiful harmony in the opening section is actually just Freddie harmonizing with himself on multiple tracks. The accompanying video for their 1975 single, “Bohemian Rhapsody” is generally recognized as the first ever promotional music video, kick-starting and setting the gold-standard for the genre for decades to come.

I think Freddie and Robert Plant are both fantastic but Freddie has a way of singing that makes you feel every word, Robert Plant has the best scream of any band ever. Both have voices that are perfect for the songs they sing. Thank you for the reaction. I love Queen. could you please do Queen's Love of my Life Rock in Rio. You will really see how much people love Queen in that one and it was, at the time, the largest concert ever done with a over a quarter of a million people there. English was not their first language so Freddie was worried that they didn't understand what he was singing. Also, Queen's song You take my Breath Away in Hyde Park. Only Freddie sings and plays that since he had just written it and the others didn't know it yet so they were taking a break while he sang it. Thank you.

A rhapsody is a classical music work in 3 parts. It's like a tiny tragic opera Freddy wrote about his own life. Genius.

Hey Honey,
You haven’t heard ANYTHING until you hear Freddie sing LIVE!!!
(I even like “Bohemian Rhapsody” better live - even tho they leave off the a capella intro - The performance at:
MONTREAL in 1981)
MORE QUEEN SUGGESTIONS:
“UNDER PRESSURE” live at WEMBLEY STADIUM, 1986
“SOMEBODY TO LOVE” live at MILTON KEYNES BOWL in 1982
“WHO WANTS TO LIVE FOREVER” live at WEMBLEY STADIUM on…
FRIDAY JULY 11, 1986
(I specified the date because there are actually TWO 1986 Wembley concerts: Friday, July 11 & Saturday, July 12… For THIS song, FRIDAY is the BEST VERSION.)
P.S. Queen fans are….PASSIONATE. If you’re interested in increasing your subscriber base…
React to QUEEN & FREDDIE solo.
(Freddie also did an album of OPERA titled Barcelona…
Two UNBELIEVABLE songs from that album are:
“EXERCISES IN FREE LOVE” - Freddie sings SOPRANO
and
“ENSUENO” - Fred sings OPERATIC BARITONE)

98.7% of all Queen is better live than studio studio. Give, Somebody to Love, live in Roc Montreal a listen. It will amaze you.

Freddie Mercury is much better than robert plant.
Robert is no where near freddies talent. Freddie had NO voice lessons, could sing opera...could sing any genre.
No one, NO ONE, COULD come close to freddies talent. Robert has no song that the whole world knows....Freddie has numerous songs that are so recognized by everyone.
