Cinnamon Roll Dough
▢ 2 cups milk
▢ 1/2 cup salted butter, cold
▢ 2 tbsp dry, active yeast
▢ 1/2 cup warm water
▢ 1/4 cup + 1/2 tsp granulated sugar, divided

▢ 3 eggs
▢ 6 -7 cups flour
Cinnamon Roll Filling
▢ 4 tbsp salted butter, melted
▢ 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
▢ 2 tsp cinnamon
▢ 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Vanilla Buttercream Icing
▢ 1/2 cup salted butter, room temperature
▢ 3 cups powdered sugar
▢ 2 tsp vanilla, I like to use clear vanilla
▢ 1/4- 1/2 cup heavy cream

I made this and there was a lot of cream in the bottom. The top half cooked perfect and the bottom half was dough. I cooked them 17 minuets. The tops were brown and I didn't want to burn them. What should I do next time?

That’s why mine didn’t come out right! I never tried whipping cream on top before baking.

Sorry I can’t subscribe or give a thumbs up. The only reason why is there’s no recipe, so how can I make them??? They look scrumptiously delicious, but I can’t make them without that recipe. Will be checking on you later to see if you added those recipes

I will comment on every one of these I see. This does not work. It leaves the rolls soggy on the bottom no matter how long you bake it or what temp.
