Yea so.. this might not be true.. because when the setting is locked. It means it doesnt apply anymore. The slider we're seeing in this video is the custom sensitivy multiplier, which is a way of how you can select your sensitivity. Its an alternative way of the 1 to 20 scale sensitivity system and has nothing to do with each other. Its one big placebo effect.
