Update Management in Azure Automation

Azure Automation Update Management is part of Azure Automation. In this video, I’m going over updating servers using Azure Automation Updates. Topics covered include:

Thanks Travis ..I am curious what needs to happen once the MMA agent needs to be migrated to AMA for the servers currently been onboarded by Azure AUM . Is the answer then mean migrate to the Update Management center ?

I think it could be improved. The workspace, log Analytics side is a strange set up and takes time to get use to. I guess this is needed for the logs so it is a requirement. In my demo the VM has the agent and its green but I am waiting for it to appear which is taking a while. I will check things in a few hours. Most demos on Youtube show things just working but in reality we all know it is not that easy.

Looks like things are changed now "Automation & Control" does not give any option to add automation account to Log Analytics workspace.
