Loved the movie. Even though not true to the manuscript written by Anonymous of the 14th century it still kept the meat and bones just with a twist enough to make the story even better. I'm sure anonymous would approve. Excellent movie great visuals and the beautiful Ireland landscapes

I never thought I'd see a film based on the 14th century masterpiece, "Sir Gawain and the Green Knight." The language of the original - Middle English - is too difficult for most modern readers, so it's not widely read. Judging from the Official Trailer, it looks like the adapters have taken liberties with the film's ending, but I look forward to watching it to see how they handled the irony of Gawain's quest and his flawed humanity.
