Closing issues on GitHub when building R packages with test driven development (CC303)

Pat revisits two lingering issues / bugs in his R package using test driven development. The tasks in this episode are an integration of many concepts that have been developed over the course of this series of episodes. This episode is part of an ongoing effort to develop an R package that implements the naive Bayesian classifier for classifying 16S rRNA gene sequences.
