I have an issue about the github issues. Im new to github and i ran into a problem with someone elses code. I submited an issue and they never responded. I thought they don't take that long since I see how active they are on github. I logged out of my account and viewed the issue page for that repository and it didn't show. I even copied and pasted a link of the issue and i got a 404 error. How can i make my issue public so they can solve my problem?
