Many people waited for the release of the RX 7700 XT and 7800 XT, possibly they have not been released due to the drop in prices of the RX 6000, which means that they need to clear a lot of stock of the latter to place the RX 7000 at consistent prices.

That's why AMD released the RX 7600, it's all a marketing strategy and in the future we will most likely see the rest of the family with better prices than the competition (cof cof 4060 Ti).

This card offers enjoyable 1080p performance, has AV1 encode, is not overpriced like all the other new-gen, and losers with gtx 1030, 1050ti, 1060 still complaining like crazy! 🤣 I think this is a great value gpu.

In that case for light gaming I would prefer without extra money the internal gpu of a Ryzen 7 7800X3D with upgrade possibility later with another graphics card.

A Diamond of a little card. It's going to be either this or the the Nvidia 4060/4050 depending on the price. I don't want to give more than 300€ for my 1440p @75Hz resolution. It's more than enough. Ray Tracing either Nvidia or AMD still isn't ready for widespread use. It eat away too much FPS for little change. Something tells me the 4050 will be similar with 128bit Memory Interface and the 4060 a tad faster with 192bit Interface. Although, I'm afraid the 4050 will cost the same at 300€. The 4060 will more expensive. Anyway, from my current 1660Super which I bought brand new years ago for 200€, it served me more than perfectly and still does.

I'm about to put this in perspective for all of you. The AMD Radeon RX 7600 has been benched to run 43 FP16 TFLOPS. That's roughly the computational power of the NEC Earth Simulator supercomputer. Let that sink in. What use to take entire warehouses to process now is accessible to all and small enough to fit under your desk.
