You have to restart your game when switching from low to epic on fort and most others, the settings weren't properly applied

Bro I got my new PC recently r5 7600 & RX 7600 with MSI B650M wifi mobo with 1tb WD sn580 And 16gb vengeance ram but my CPU is running hot like 80°-84°C in GTA 5 1080p Max why does my CPU run so hot and once it also shutdown after playing for an hour...What should I do ? Can anyone help me ? I use the stock cooler btw but I didn't expect this much hot whole playing GTA 5....😢. Can anyone help me with this...???
