Developer Options Not Showing In Vivo Android Phone [Solution]

If you have a new Vivo Android phone or you have reset your phone to default settings, you have to enable Developer Options by following the steps given in this video. Once the Developer Options is showing, you can work on it and make necessary changes in it like enabling USB debugging.
