Life is full of questions. In this session, we will open the floor to your questions about life, faith, and, well, anything and respond to them using the principles and teachings discussed so far in our EDIFY series.

We need to change the story we are telling ourselves. ARISE taught me this and it is life changing. People are so bound by old theology and practise and it is depressing. Dive into a deep relationship with Jesus and His peace will be yours.

Young people leaving the church is "a symptom of lack of discipleship".... As a young person in the church, I can only say, "yes, yes, yes, this is true." By the grace of God and the gift of a godly mother, I have become grounded in what I believe. But I see a massive lack of discipleship and mentoring in the church and young people leaving out of disgust for the shallowness and hypocrisy they see. We young people want mentorship, we want to understand why we believe things, we want to wrestle through our beliefs in relationship with mature Christians who care about us and glow with the love of God, we want to live bold and faithful lives grounded on the reasons for our faith.

A significant evidence of the Sda church not being a cult is the profound diversity of viewpoints opinions and ideas within the body of SDA believers.

On the issue of God's sovereignty according to Calvinism, when pain hits the Calvinist (i.e. something very painful impacts their life) they'll change and become open to reconsider their belief.

Sorry to say this but it’s true. Regarding the question on Adventism and cultish traits I can say from personal experience that people leaving are leaving Adventism after deep Bible study and learning we have SERIOUS issues on how we interpret scriptures. I am saddened to hear the assumption that those that are questioning Adventism are not “grounded” in scripture.. it’s the opposite those questioning sought to find biblical arguments for doctrines like SOP, remnant church and IJ.. and couldn’t. Historically we are in trouble with dates we’ve applied to prophecy that have been proven false.. so much more. I hope my comment isn’t deleted, both my family and I have been impacted by DA’s ministry but we must follow God’s word first not a denomination and all must withstand test of scrutiny. Praying for you all.

Very sad, Ty thinks that a scholar like Walter Martin who wrote Kingdom of the Cults and was instrumental is dialog with Adventists the produced the book Questions on Doctrine is not a scholar and simply ignorant is pathetic. When people like Ty say that Adventism is orthodox then Ty is the one confused. It is not funny how little knowledge these "light bearers" are. I have to add this because Ty's answer is avoiding the question. The question was "and mocks the 1:21:57
Cosmic conflict Motif as heresy." It is not from the Bible so you are not going come to some biblical agreement on something that is not even in the Bible.
