Thank you so much for all the helpful informations. My period is regular ( 28 days cycle ) and we’ve been trying for 8 months still no luck. But this month i’m 3 days late already, symptoms are: 4 days high temperature, constant peeing, gassy, cramps that feels like pulling, cravings, always hungry time to time 😅, sensitivity with smell 👃.

So I took a PT on the first of my missed period and was NEGATIVE, so I said that it’s maybe too early to take so I waited days, then I took a PT 15 mins ago and I’m I couldn’t be more happier 😊😊😊

Listen I had vomiting, nausea, dizziness, increase in temp, heavy boobs and spotting. It was no pregnancy. I wasted money on tests weeks before my period came. I wish women stop relying on symptoms. Progesterone can be tricky. And sometime it's early PMS. Think it's best to wait until you miss a period and then test -- save your money and time. Similar symptoms this week, and I'm not even questioning what it is until I missed my period. Besides I checked my cervix and it's low and firm. 👍

Cervix is high and soft for ovulation, yes, but at some point before your missed period if you’ve conceived it will remain high, closes tightly and becomes hard, then softening again for child birth. I’m 10dpo (got my first II yay!) and was saddened by my high closed hard cervix, so if you’re 10dpo with a high closed hard cervix, don’t count yourself out just yet!

Thank you for the cramp description, it's really helped. I am 11 dpo and A "pin prick" did happen to me last night, a bit toward the left side. That side of my lower abdomen was also firmer and tender than my right. Today it is still tender, especially in one spot, with a mild sensation. My pms cramps (a day or two before AF) are definitely heavier and more painful. What I am feeling may or may not progress towards that, but it is a different sensation than typical. Just a few days to go before a missed period!
