Viennetta Vanilla Ice Cream Cake review

Vanilla ice cream with thin crispy layers of chocolate. This was a popular 90's frozen dessert that has been brought back by Good Humor. Unfortunately, I can not understand why this was ever popular to begin with! The ice cream had a nasty foamy texture and no flavor. My wife didn't think it was as bad as I did, but it's not her favorite. She quite liked the texture of the crispy chocolate, but agrees there isn't much flavor.

Good Humor is selling these now during the relaunch. In the 90s, I believe it was Breyers. I would imagine that is part of the difference of quality. Also, i remember there being a little more chocolate before then again, nothing is as good as you remember.

That is not how you eat it.... At all....And all those chewing noises... What should I say... Made me cringe so hard. Eat it like people eat it in the civilized world. It has layers in it. Cut a piece with a knife and take it in your plate. Then eat it without making a sound to get the real taste.
