Citra is currently available for Windows, Linux, and Mac (OS X). Hopefully one day it will be available for Android and iPhone / iPad devices as well. All my Citra videos are running on Windows 10 64-bit. Also, all of my Citra videos show the games running in real time--no edited speedups or anything like that.

This was the first Citra game that I got working that requires motion controls. I used a PS4 controller's gyro abilities by running DS4Windows and telling Citra to use that under the controller configuration options. Pretty nice, but it does feel a bit strange at times when you're trying to move forward and backward.
