Cozy Winter Hot Tent Camping with My Girlfriend (-18º Night)

Another great night camping in our inflatable hot tent. With Spring only a few weeks away, Winter is still holding strong and certainly surprised us with a crisp -18ºC over night 🥶

My dog Loki gets so excited when Chester is on the screen - it's like his buddy has come to play!! One thing I found when using an air mattress when camping is having a foam underlay (egg crate mattress topper) on top of the mattress and then a polar fleece sheet on top of that stopped the cold from coming through. Love the videos and look forward to watching them each week.

This brings back MANY mixed memories. As a youngster the snow was always welcomed in hopes of a “snow day” free from school. Now close to sixty, the snow is a thing to avoid at all costs. Camping out was always enjoyable too, thanks to the solitude it brings and the chance to escape the routines of daily life. I really enjoyed this video. THANK YOU!

Love that tent! What a beautiful location. Screw hooks work great for frozen ground or platforms. The little tricks you learn from guides and scouts.
