It <makes sense, BTC and crypto is off helping to regulate, rather that pretend it won't ever happen. The big institutions getting in is the catalyst that will launch us into the stratosphere. Most people don't like change but after the change is made they grow used to it and it becomes a non issue usually because their fears never materialize. I just watched a video the other day on this millennial saying they want the housing market to crash and this guy explained why it's still not going to help millennials get their first home because you need cash and interest rates will increase. This will just in turn cause corporations to buy up all the real estate and rent it out, which seems like the best way to get in on that is through REIT's.
